Concept
This design brings two contrasting volumes into dialogue: a pair of rectangular buildings facing one another, connected at ground level by a light, transparent passage. The white façades, punctuated with small square openings, stand in sharp contrast to the warm rhythm of the wooden grid that defines the main elevation.
Circulation is celebrated as a visible element: red staircases animate the glazed ground floors, while an external black steel stair climbs the façade like a sculptural spine. A turquoise canopy marks the central point of connection, adding a playful accent to the composition.
